psID
The psID system is a unit-level product identification system that combines specialized software and hardware components to produce a seamless serialisation process. The psID system facilitates serialisation at the primary, secondary and tertiary packaging levels.
The proprietary psID algorithm generates unique codes on demand and sends them through a secure channel to your manufacturing location. PharmaSecure print software provides these codes to industrial grade inkjet printers for direct printing onto your product packaging. The codes can be printed as both bar codes and human readable text, allowing you and your distributors to track and trace your products and your consumers to verify their authenticity.
Through psID, PharmaSecure provides the complete system integration, software maintenance and support services you need to protect your products and ensure your company is in compliance with regulatory requirements. psID also provides the foundation for PharmaSecure’s verification, e-health delivery and data offerings.

psVerify
With the psVerify authentication service, your consumers are empowered to ensure the products they purchase are genuine. psVerify caters to both the end user of the product as well as the product handlers along the supply chain – exporters, distributors, doctors and chemists.
When your consumer purchases a drug from a pharmacy or chemist shop, she sends the unique identification code found on the product package to PharmaSecure by SMS, web, voice or mobile application. Within seconds, PharmaSecure sends a response to the consumer confirming that the product is authentic or alerting the consumer if it is suspect or expired.
