Nathan Sigworth: Chief Financial Officer

Nathan Sigworth: Co-Founder and CEO

Nathan studied Economics at Dartmouth College and has been working on research and entrepreneurship in health-care access in India for over six years. Prior to PharmaSecure, Nathan was a founder of Gyro-Precession Stability Systems where he co-invented the Gyrobike with several colleagues. He was winner of a Popular Mechanics Breakthrough Award in 2006 and is a Poptech and Echoing Green fellow. Nathan is from Hamden, Connecticut in the United States. Nathan enjoys trekking and skiing in the Himalayas, and his family is involved in advocacy for the disabled in India through ESCIP.

Nakul Pasricha: Director of Operations
Nakul Pasricha: Director of Operations Nakul brings twelve years of experience in operations and technology management and rural business models. He has led several high-tech engagements for customers across the globe. Before joining PharmaSecure, Nakul managed education, health, and products verticals for Drishtee, a for-profit social enterprise promoting rural development through a franchisee network. Nakul also served as CIO for GE Money India. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Maryland at College Park, USA.

 

Kishore Kar: Director of Sales

Kishore Kar: Director of Sales

Kishore has more than 18 years of rich experience in business-to-business sales and technology/product management in countries across Asia. Prior to joining PharmaSecure, he worked as Country Manager for ViaSat India. He has also served in the Indian Air force, HUGHES Communication, SMART Digital Communications, and various other reputed organizations. Kishore is an avid golfer and adventure sports enthusiast. He holds an MS from Utkal University, an MS from BITS Pilani, and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Robert J. Molinari, Ph.D. : Director

Robert MolinariDr. Molinari has extensive experience founding and managing biotechnology companies. He was the co-founding CEO and president of Protogene Laboratories, Inc., and from 1994 to 1996 led that company to become the world’s largest supplier of custom DNA. He was also the founding CEO of Coda Genomics, a synthetic biology and biofuels company, and Avitech Diagnostics, which designed DNA sequencing and mutation detection technology. Dr. Molinari served as a genomics affiliate to the Institute for the Future, a Menlo Park-based think tank, and as a strategic advisor for the startups Nanogen, Affymetrix, and Sequenom. He has also worked as a consultant specializing in biotechnology at McKinsey & Co. Dr. Molinari holds an MBA from Dartmouth College and a Ph.D. in biophysical chemistry from Brown University.

Arun Gore : Director

As a representative of Gray Ghost Ventures, Arun brings his entrepreneurial skills, management and operations experience, and commitment to economic development to PharmaSecure’s board. Arun comes to social venture capital investing from T-Mobile, where he most recently served as CFO of Cook Inlet managing joint ventures operations. He holds BSc, BS (Accounting) and MBA degrees.

Jay Kunin, Ph.D. : Director

Jay Kunin has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur, business consultant and investor. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tech Coast Angels, and an active consultant in medical and pharmaceutical IT. He teaches Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation at San Diego State University College of Business. Jay holds a BS in physical sciences and a Ph.D. in computer science from MIT.

Prafull D. Sheth : Advisor

A familiar voice for the pharmaceutical profession in India, and the leading expert on the problem of Indian drug counterfeiting, Mr. Sheth has over 30 years experience in Indian pharmaceutical manufacturing, including as Executive Vice President and Member of the Board of Ranbaxy Labs. The former President of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, he currently serves as Vice President of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), and Professional Secretary of the FIP-WHO Forum of National Pharmaceutical Associations of South East Asia (SEARPharm Forum).
